Lean Canvas

The lean canvas is an adaptation of the business model canvas. It focuses on problems, solutions, key metrics, and competitive advantages.

The lean canvas basically fills in the gaps of the business model canvas. The business model canvas combined with the lean canvas paints a complete picture of your business model.

Here is the lean canvas. Download it by right clicking and selecting Save Image As… and take your time filling it out. Some of the sections of this canvas are the same as in the business model canvas so you can use the same information to fill them out.
